Description
The Philippine Cultural Foundation of Hawaii Scholarship is open to students of Filipino ancestry who are enrolled full-time at an institution in Hawai'i. To be considered for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and be majoring in Philippine studies, public relations, or communications. Preference will be given to residents of Hawai'i and to those who demonstrate financial need.
