Description
The Carolyn Hines Memorial Scholarship is open to high school seniors who excel in marksmanship. You must exemplify Dr. Hines’ ideals, be a U.S. citizen, be of good moral character, and be accepted to a university, college or trade school leading to a diploma or trade certification in order to be considered for this award.
