Description
The HFA Medical/Health Services Educational Scholarship is open to undergraduate students with a bleeding disorder or related to someone with a bleeding disorder. You must be interested in pursuing a healthcare/medical career, submit a 750 to 1500 word essay, two letters of reference and documentation that you or your family member has a bleeding disorder in roder to be eligible for this award.
