Description
The Dona Casilda Pagan and Kevin L. Carlisle / HPRSD Scholarship is available to students of Puerto Rican descent who are residents of San Diego County and have contributed at least 10 hours of community service to the HPRSD within the past year. Current, active House of Puerto Rico members are also eligible. Selection is based on a 250-word personal essay, academic achievement, and a letter of recommendation.
