Description
The Carol E. Macpherson Memorial Scholarship is available to promising, motivated women-identified students who have a five–year or longer accumulative gap in their post-secondary education and are seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree from a Minnesota higher education institution. Selection is based on a personal statement, two reference letters, evidence of past academic achievement, and demonstrated financial need.
