Ella French Scholarship

Description

The Ella French Scholarship is available to children of the Chicago Police Department and other youth who are actively involved in police programming. To be considered for this award, you must be between the ages of 14 - 18, have a minimum GPA of 2.7, have good attendance, and submit a 300 - 600-word essay describing your background, aspirations, and how the scholarship will be used.
