Description
The Virginia Beach 4- H/Virginia Cooperative Extension Endowment Scholarship is available to residents of Virginia Beach attending a two - or four - year university, college or trade school. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to currently enrolled 4-Her's involved in 4-H Horse Club for at least three years or currently enrolled active 4-H adult volunteers or 4-H alumni.
