Description
The Downs Matthews Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are residents of Houston. You must be majoring in communications (or a related) field, and either be attending a Houston-area institution or hail from the Houston area, have a 3.0 GPA and be a US citizen in order to be eligible for this award.
