Description
The Sara Cooper Scholarship is open to high school graduates. You must have a direct connection to a family member who was diagnosed with ALS. You must also be attending an accredited 2- or 4-year university or trade school program, be involved in community service and voluntarism and submit a 500 to 1000 word essay discussing the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
