Description
The Wood Family Scholarship is available to incoming full-time freshman students at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. You must demonstrate financial need and show extraordinary strength in one or more areas to be eligible for this renewable award. Additionally, recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0, attend Wood Family Scholars meetings and banquets, complete at least ten hours of community service or leadership activities each semester, complete assigned readings, live on campus, mentor underclassmen during junior and senior years, and complete personal assessments.
