Description
The Baxter and Woodman Engineering Scholarship is open to incoming college freshman who are majoring in civil engineering. In order to be considered for this award, you must submit an essay that answers the following questions: "Describe how an awarded scholarship would be helpful to you, describe your leadership activities and community service participation, and where do you picture yourself after being in your career for five years and what impact will you have on your community?"
