The Midwest Consortium Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Indiana State University. To be considered for this renewable award, you must be earning a College Prep diploma and be a resident of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Wisconsin. Nursing majors and international students are not eligible for this award. This is a reduced-tuition award.
