Description

The Dick Distel / Ed Maghakian Scholarship is available to full-time students who are the dependent children of active, retired, or deceased California highway patrol and peace officers who currently serve or have served, as a Director or Area Representatives for the California Association of Highway Patrolmen. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.
