Description
The Melita Elevate-A-Life Scholarship and Internship is available to undergraduate students who are single parents. To be considered for this renewable award, you must have at least one dependent child under the age of 14, demonstrate financial need, and be pursuing a degree related to human resources. Additionally, you must submit an essay of at least 700 words describing your financial need, why you chose to pursue a career in human resources, and your plans for the future. Award recipients will also receive a paid internship at Melita with a part-time/flexible schedule to work around your school schedule, consideration for a full-time permanent position upon completion of the internship, and an assigned Melita mentor to act as a resource as you progress through your internship and your schoolwork.
