Description
The Dr. Frank G. Jenkins Scholarship is open to high school seniors in the Northern Virginia Area. You must have been accepted to an accredited four-year institution of high learning for the upcoming academic school year, have a minimum 3.5 GPA and submit a 350-word essay on the prompts provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
