The Robert Thomas Lynch, Virginia Gwin Lynch and Robert William Unger Scholarship is available to non - traditional students at Eastern Illinois University. You must be at least 50 years of age and be returning to school to complete your undergraduate degree. In addition, you must submit a written statement explaining how you would use the award and what your goals and career plans are for the future.
