Description
The Ralph Holback Beacon of Light Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are planning to attend an HBCU. You must have at least a 2.7 GPA and demonstrate involvement in your church and community to be eligible for this award. You must also submit a 1,000 - word essay on the efforts you have made to change your community and your desire to change the future.
