Description
The Gail Karp Orgell Scholarship is available to Jewish, female high school senior students who will attend a four-year college or university within California on a full-time basis. To be considered, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.5, demonstrate financial need, be involved in athletics, and show evidence of consistently practicing the Jewish principles of tzedakah and tikkun olam, defined here as giving of one’s time to making the world a better place. Additionally, you should reside in the greater San Francisco Bay area.
