The Studio Museum in Harlem Archives Fellowship is available to recent graduates and graduate students who are studying art history or a related field. To be considered for a fellowship, you should have be proficient in Microsoft Excel and AirTable, have a demonstrated knowledge working with collections of contemporary art, and a general understanding and knowledge of the principles of archival appraisal, survey, arrangement, description, and preservation. As a fellow, you will gain insight into the daily workings of a museum through hands-on work, workshops, public programs, professional development by way of department projects, and offerings from the Studio Museum Institute.
