Ethel M. Gildersleeve Memorial Scholarship

Description

The Ethel M. Gildersleeve Memorial Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Christopher Newport University. To be considered for this award, you must be a graduate of a Newport News high school, be in the top 25 percent of your graduating class, be active in school as well as in the community and be a United States citizen. Additionally, you must have resided in Newport News for not less than four consecutive years, be able to demonstrate financial need and be recommended by your high school principal.
