UNCF/ESPN Rhoden Fellowship-PAID

Description

The UNCF/ESPN Rhoden Fellowship is available to African American/Black junior and senior-level undergraduate students and graduate students of any level who are enrolled in an HBCU. To be considered for a fellowship, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, be at least 18 years of age, and be majoring in communications, journalism, or a related field. Fellows will serve as on-campus correspondents and will be expected to produce daily, weekly and monthly multi-media content for Andscape. This will include covering campus news, games and events such as the Cricket Celebration Bowl, the NCAA Women’s Final Four and the NFL Draft. Students will also produce and edit a bi-weekly podcast about sports and HBCU culture.
