Description
The Pillars of Strength Scholarship is open to students who are attending the University of Maryland Global Campus. You must be a spouse, parent, stepparent, sibling, stepsibling, fiancé, child, stepchild, or friend of a servicemember or veteran who became wounded, injured, or ill in the line-of-duty after September 11, 2001 and be their caregiver in order to be considered for this award. You must also have received your GED or high school diploma and plan to or be enrolled in a program at UMGC for a minimum of six credits.
