Description
The United States Navy Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who are grandchildren of a deceased Chief, Senior Chief, or Master Chief Petty Officer. You must plan to enroll in an accredited institution to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on honors or awards received, extracurricular/community activities, two letters of reference, and a personal statement.
