Description
The Uplift Scholarship is open to graduating high school students or current high school/GED graduates residents of San Joaquin County or Sacramento County. You must be a student of Hmong descent who will be attending an accredited private/public college or university in the upcoming Summer/Fall and have a 3.0 GPA or higher. You must also submit an essay answering the question provided by the sponsor and be a U.S citizen or permanent legal resident in order to be considered for this award.
