The TSU Ingram Engineering Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at Texas State University - San Marcos who are majoring in Electrical, industrial, manufacturing, civil, or mechanical engineering. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must be a U.S. citizen, be in the top 15 percent of your graduating class, and have a minimum SAT score of 1260 or minimum ACT score of 27.
