The Kasey and Karla Abbott Endowed Native American Scholarship is open to junior or senior students at SDSU. You must be an enrolled member of one of the nine tribes in South Dakota (Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Crow Creek Sioux Tribe, Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe, Lower Brule Sioux Tribe, Oglala Sioux Tribe, Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and Yankton Sioux Tribe) with a minimum 2.5 GPA and pursuing a degree in pharmacy, nursing, engineering, animal science, and chemistry in order to be considered for this award.
