Description
The Bernard Kilgore Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school students in New Jersey who plan to pursue journalism or media studies in college. To be eligible for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have participated in high school journalism for at least two years. Selection is based on a self-analytical evaluation, an "action" photo of you doing something related to journalism, three or four letters of recommendation, and samples of your work.
