Era L. and Frances L. Walker Scholarship is open to high school seniors. You must be an African American male attending a Rockford Public high school with a minimum GPA of 2.9 and be involved in community service and volunteerism in order to be considered for this award. You must also submit an essay discussing the topic provided by the sponsor.
