Description
The Carmel Arts Council Visual Arts Scholarship is available to high school senior students living in Clay Township and Hamilton County, Indiana. To be eligible for this award, you must submit a portfolio of 10-15 original works of art. These submissions should be varied in media and subject. Additionally, you must plan to enroll in a four-year degree program at a college or university.
