Description
The U.S. Naval Institute Midshipmen and Cadets Essay Contest is available to Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine Academy midshipmen, cadets, and officer candidates at the Naval Academy, NROTC, Coast Guard Academy, Kings Point, and Officer Candidate Schools. Selection is based on a 2,000-word maximum original essay exploring the challenges that face the Sea Services today and in the coming decade. Submissions must be received in a Microsoft Word format.
