Description
The Wm. C. "Bill" Sterner Memorial Scholarship is available to high school graduates within Colorado who will attend the University of Colorado-Boulder. Selection is based on financial need, academic merit, essay submission, and two references. If you are selected to receive an Elevations Foundation scholarship, you will need to be a member of Elevations Credit Union if you are not already one. You may join after being notified of your award.
