Description
The HBCU Scholars Empowerment Program is available to African American/Black incoming freshman students who are enrolled on a full-time basis. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, attend an HBCU institution, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on an essay submission, activities/leadership, academic record, and letter of recommendation.
