The Yellow Tea Rose Foundation Dr. Shirley G. Mitchell Scholarship Award is available to graduating seniors of D.C. public or charter schools. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, be accepted at an accredited college or university, and demonstrate evidence of community service involvement/extracurricular activities to be eligible for this award. An essay and two letters of recommendation are required.
