Description
The Bryant X. Phelps Endowed Scholarship Program is available to African American/Black undergraduate students residing in Texas. You must be enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited institution, have a minimum GPA of 2.7, be a U.S. citizen/U.S. national/permanent resident, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students attending Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Huston-Tillotson University, Prairie View A&M University, and Texas Tech University. Selection is based on academic merit, letter of recommendation, and essay submission.
