Description
The Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students residing in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, or Washington. You must have an interest in pursuing a clinical (pharmacist, physician, practitioner, nurse) or non-clinical (accounting, business administration, human resources, marketing, public policy) career in the healthcare industry. Additionally, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, enroll on a full-time basis, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students from underrepresented communities and/or students who identify as first-generation college bound. Selection is based on academic merit, letter of recommendation, and essay submission.
