Description
The Julie Duchow 4-H Silent Auction Endowed Scholarship is open to 4-H members and graduates who are under the age of 26. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have participated in the Manitowoc County 4-H program for a minimum of 6 years, including your junior and senior years of high school in order to be considered for this award.
