Description
The Carver Scholars Program is open to full - time sophomore students who are struggling to overcome significant social and economic obstacles in the pursuit of their education, or whose circumstances may not normally be taken into account by other financial aid programs. You must be attending an Iowa college or university and have a minimum 2.8 GPA to be eligible for this award.
