Description
The Black Engineering Scholarship Program is open to Black / African American graduating seniors from high schools in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, Westmoreland, and Washington Counties. You must be planning to pursue a degree in an engineering discipline and participate in the BES mentoring program to be eligible for this award.
