Description
The Beth Marshner Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Pinellas County public high schools. You must have completed Spanish IV, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be planning to attend a four - year university to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who are planning a career in foreign language education, international studies, or international relations.
