Description
The SAE Heinz C. Prechter Automotive Excellence Scholarship is available to students pursuing an engineering or related science degree through an ABET-accredited program. You must be an US resident, demonstrate creativity, ingenuity, and practicality of a developed entrepreneurial idea that have resulted in a positive impact, outline a fully detailed, actionable design plan that shows the ability to implement this idea within the next 6-12 months if awarded this funding; OR show the already executed idea, and provide two letters of recommendation required (from faculty advisers and/or industry contacts) to be eligible for this award.
