Description
The Robert A. " Bob" and Margaret K. Kesterson Scholarship is available to Texas Panhandle students who plans to attend or is attending Amarillo College or West Texas A&M University. You must be employed during high school, and it is anticipated to will work while going to college and a minimum GPA of 2.0 to be eligible for this award.
