The Foreclosure.com Scholarship is available to currently enrolled undergraduate students. To be considered, you must submit an 800 - 2,000 word essay based on the following topic: "Are foreclosures and pre-foreclosures the only way to find affordable housing in the current market? With both interest rates and prices still much higher than pre-covid are financially distressed properties such as foreclosures and pre-foreclosures the only way of getting affordable housing? Discuss how to find affordable housing in the 2024 - 2025 market. "
