Description
The Rev. Paul E. Bittner, WØAIH, Memorial Scholarship is available to students with a minimum technician class amateur radio license attending a two year or four year college or university. You must be a resident of Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin, minimum GPA of 3.0, U.S. Citizen, and majoring in science, technology, engineering or mathematics to be eligible for this award.
