Description
The IEEE Frances B. Hugle Scholarship is open to female students who are IEEE student members. You must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study, have a minimum GPA of 3.7 and submit an essay of 1,000 words on why you want to go into engineering and a 500 word essay on why you should receive this award in order to be considered for this scholarship.
