The Next Gem Femme Mentorship Program is open to female students of color who are pursuing a career in media, music, and / or entertainment. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. During this comprehensive year - long program, mentees will receive exposure to real - time projects, one - on - one coaching, resume building lessons, industry insights and expertise, and relationship building opportunities.
