The Mayor John A. Delaney Endowed Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at the University of North Florida. You must be a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School Math and Science Magnet or Engineering Academy Program, minimum GPA of 2.5, building construction management or engineering major, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference to resident of Public Housing HabiJax and HUD.
