Description
The Robert E. Shepherd Scholarship is available to high school seniors who have been provisionally accepted as full - time students into undergraduate degree programs at accredited colleges / universities. You must be a dependent child of a member in good standing of the BAC ADC 1 of IL to be eligible for this award.
