Description
The Pauline M. Whitekettle Scholarship Fund for St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is available to students in their second, third, and fourth years of college. You must reside in the greater Newport area (defined as students residing in the Newport School District or those with a Newport address) and preference will be given to students who are members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Newport, Pennsylvania who have been active in the church for at least 3 years to be eligible for this award.
