Description
The Esperanza Education Fund Scholarship is available to high school seniors and recent GED graduates not yet enrolled in college. You must be a resident of the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia; and have been born outside the U.S. or have two parents born outside the U.S. to be eligible for this award.
