Description
The Cato Engineering Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at NorthWest Arkansas Community College. You must be pursuing a degree in pre - engineering with plans to complete a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the University of Arkansas to be eligible for this award. You must also be graduating from Rogers New Tech High School and be a first generation college student.
